What to Expect at Your Evaluation
Once your evaluation is scheduled, our team will verify your insurance benefits. Before your appointment, we’ll let you know if a physician referral is required based on your insurance plan and the type of service you’re seeking.
During the evaluation, our clinicians will complete a comprehensive assessment based on your concerns and goals. After the evaluation, our team will prepare a written report. Then we will contact you to review the results, discuss our recommendations, and determine whether therapy services are appropriate for you or your child.
