Lillian Smith is our peppy and positive clinic administrator and the first friendly face that greets you when you walk into our clinic! Lillian grew up in Philadelphia and studied Communication Sciences & Disorders at the University of Pittsburgh. She has worked with children and preteens as a teacher, special education aide and registered behavior technician (RBT).
Lillian loves DISH because of the community fostered between the patients and staff, and how passionate the providers are about helping children reach their potential. Lillian moved to Houston shortly after Hurricane Harvey in 2017 and volunteered around the city to help those displaced by the hurricane. She is currently studying American Sign Language and working to become a licensed audiology assistant.
You will often find Lillian jamming to music at her desk or doing random yoga stretches in the clinic. When not at work, Lillian enjoys reading, playing tennis and the violin, yoga or any form of movement and rewatching 90s Sitcoms.
