Dr. Emily Andrush

Dr. Emily Andrush graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She went on to get her Doctor of Audiology from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. Prior to joining the team at Davies Institute for Speech and Hearing, she worked at an ENT clinic in Plano and Carrollton, Texas, that served all ages. She is a member of the American Academy of Audiology and the Texas Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Andrush enjoys working with people of all ages, especially pediatric patients and their families. She has experience providing traditional and advanced diagnostic audiological testing and aims to provide excellent patient care rooted in evidence-based practice. She has a passion for helping people to make informed decisions so that they can communicate with the world around them, whether it be with hearing aids, bone anchored hearing devices, cochlear implants or another mode of communication. She values collaborating with families and other health care professionals to cater to each individual’s needs.

Dr. Andrush recently moved to the Houston area with her husband, George. Together they have a golden doodle named Magnolia (Maggie) and a Siberian cat named Bear. They love spending time with friends, family and cheering on the LSU Tigers.
